1. What kind of fabrics are CHAT Bags made with? How do I clean my CHAT Bag?
New style of CHAT Bags are made with a twill or denim fabric with 100% cotton or poly/cotton blend fabric down the middle. The new style of CHAT Bags offer the polypropylene strap.
All fabric has been pre-washed and dried for color fastness to avoid shrinkage.
When you need to clean your CHAT Bag you may hand wash or wash in your washing machine with cold water. The CHAT Bag should be air dried. Do not use bleach on the CHAT Bag.
2. What computer tablets do the CHAT Bags fit? The CHAT Bag fits the iPad 1, 2, 3, an 4, iPad Mini, iPad Gen 5, iPad Pro 9.7", and iPad Air 1 & 2. Please contact us if you would like to Special Order a CHAT Bag for a different computer tablet.
3. I have an iPad 2, 3, 4, iPad Air, or iPad Mini. Doesn't the CHAT Bag cover the camera?
Yes. Remember the CHAT Bag was designed for ease of transport. However, you can quickly expose the corner where the camera is located, take a photo, and put the cover back on. If you would like a camera hole added to your CHAT Bag this does require a special order/fee. Please contact us for details and pricing.
4. Is the CHAT Bag a protective case?
No. The CHAT bag was designed for individuals to transport their iPads, or other computer tablet, functionally and easily. It is highly recommended that you use your CHAT bag over your existing protective case.

5. Do CHAT Bags fit over protective cases that I have on my iPad?
Our family mainly uses OtterBox, Griffin, and GumDrop cases. The Otter Box and Griffin are a more bulkier case and the CHAT Bag does fit over them. The CHAT Bag should fit over most protective cases that are similar in size to the Otter Box or Griffin cases. Larger sized protective cases need to contact us for special orders.
It is highly recommended to use the CHAT Bag over your existing protective case to better protect your device.
6. What if I don't see a pattern I like? What if I need a larger CHAT Bag to fit a protective case that is more bulkier?
Please click on the Special Orders tab and send us an email. If you need a larger CHAT Bag please send us the name and dimensions of the protective case or other tablet you would like to use with your CHAT Bag.
7. How long do Special Orders take?
Please allow 4-6 weeks for Special Orders. For Embroidering please allow an additional 4-6 days.
8. How long does shipping take once my order is placed?
Once you place your order online we get an update as to what you purchased. Please allow 2-3 days to prepare your order to ship. Once it is shipped you will receive email notification from the USPS. USA orders take about 2-3 days to receive and the customer will receive a tracking number, via email. Canada and International orders take longer. Please note that for international orders we do ship these using USPS First Class Mail to keep the cost down. Once your package leaves the USA, some countries do NOT allow tracking. If you want a tracking number, or to have your package sent registered mail and/or extra insurance, please contact us BEFORE you place your order as the shipping cost is much more. Some countries can have a long delay in the destination customs and this is out of our control. If you need your order sooner please contact us for pricing BEFORE you place your order.

9. Are CHAT Bags just for children?
No. Teen and Adult options are available. Please click on the appropriate tabs, on the home page, and check out our variety of fabric styles.
10. Where are CHAT Bags made?
We are proud to say that CHAT Bags are made in the USA. All CHAT Bags are hand made.
11. Do you sell the pattern to make a CHAT Bag?
No. The CHAT Bag is officially patented. Please do not try to copy it in any way. CHAT is a Registered Trademark.
12. Do you sell to school districts?
YES! School districts need to send a Purchase Order, PO, to my email address, firstname.lastname@example.org. I will then send you an invoice, with shipping costs included. Questions/comments will be handled via email or telephone. More information can be found on our Purchase Orders Tab.
13. What is your refund policy?
If you receive your CHAT Bag and are not satisfied please contact us within 30 days. No REFUNDS/EXCHANGES after 30 days. CHAT Bags have a warranty of 60 days from any defects.
**Please note, that the center panel patterns on the CHAT Bag may differ slightly, from bag to bag depending on how the fabric was cut.**
